HOBY is nearing, and we hope your students are excited as we are!
Please ensure your registered students are receiving our monthly newsletter. The most recent newsletter was sent over the weekend to all registered students, regardless of whether their registration fee has been paid. If your student has not received the newsletters, please update his/her email address on HOBY Online. Having correct email addresses (and students checking those accounts regularly) is important because we will be sending out pre-seminar forms and details during the first week of April to the student's email address listed in HOBY Online. Help us make this process go smoothly by checking email addresses now.
Please ensure registration fee payments have been submitted for your student(s). Payment must be postmarked (or completed online) by March 26. Once your payment is processed, both you and your student should receive a confirmation email.
Substitution of Alternates for Primary registrants must be completed by March 31. Please ensure your students are not double-booked for the HOBY weekend (early Friday morning-Sunday afternoon). To replace a student with an Alternate, enter the Alternate's information in the "Register Student" page. Then, return to the "Main" page and click "Replace with alternate student."
