Please note the following sections for information for the HOBY conference.

If you haven't registered yet:

If you have not yet registered there is still time to do so. We still have some spots left for you to send Ambassadors. Please sign up your student(s) as soon as possible because spots are first come first serve. If you have any questions about registering a student or are having problems registering please contact me at 269-330-1567 or kels.flood@gmail.com. The best way to reach me is by email. If you need to call me, I work at an elementary school, so please leave a detailed message so that I can answer your question over voice mail.

If you have registered a student:

If you have already registered a student we are about to enter into a time where we will be sending information out to your Ambassador. It is crucial that your student have a valid and working email address so that we can update them on what they need for the conference. If you put down your own email address for your student please make sure that any student newsletters, permission slips, or health forms that are addressed to students reach the student in a timely manner.

Starting this month there will be a monthly newsletter for students and a monthly newsletter for counselors. So please keep an eye out for this information. This information is very important and contains information about the conference, how to prepare for the conference, and other information that you and your student(s) will need to know. If your student does not receive this email, please verify his or her email address was entered correctly during the registration process and make any necessary corrections.

If you have any questions regarding the conference please feel free to contact me at kels.flood@gmail.com or by phone at 269-330-1567. The best way to reach me is by email. If you need to call me, I work at an elementary school, so please leave a detailed message so that I can answer your question over voice mail.

Thank you,
